1. Existing Hospitality/Retail Services and Other Related Businesses

Kasibu is now handling tourist both local and international. There were accredited Trained Guides who welcome the tourists and are responsible for the registration, briefing and accompany them during the spelunking adventures.

The Kasibu Trading and Pasalubong Center (KATPC) center was constructed at Brgy. Antutot where tourist can shop souvenir items of different tourism sites in Kasibu and purchase other local agricultural products from different private individuals and from the Municipal Agricultural Office. But due to lack of management, the store was closed for the meantime.

As of the moment pasalubong centers around the municipality is not yet constructed. Though, there are some small pasalubong stores around barangay Capisaan and Poblacion, but the availability of locally produced products are limited. Some locally produced products such as: processed foods, weaved baskets, and others can be bought to some grocery stores and sari-sari stores around barangay Poblacion.

There is also limited number of accredited homestays which is not enough to cater flock of tourist coming especially during peak season. Many still have to travel to Solano and Bambang for hotel accommodation. To cater the meals and snacks of the visitors, carinderia or local restaurants are present mostly in barangay Poblacion and only few in some barangays of Kasibu. There are also carinderia and local restaurants who caters food of the visitors for the pre-arranged tours coordinated by travel and tour agencies and travel operators.

2. Amenities/ Accommodation Establishments

At this point, there is light package development for the existing tourism sites. There is a Tourist Information Center equipped with facilities where visitors are accepted, registered, and briefed. The Tourist Information Center in Barangay Capisaan still lacks communication facilities; a two-way radio is advised in the absence of a cellular network in the area. Edralin constructed cottages that could generate income for the local community, being used by guests at a very minimal fee. There is still a need for these existing information centers to be enhanced and equipped.

The municipality has banks, grocery shops, ATMs, hospitals, community health clinics, police stations, and fire stations. However, since they are primarily concentrated in the town center, these service hubs are located at a considerable distance from different tourist sites.

However, these enthralling natural marvels are still awaiting further development. While toilet and bathroom facilities have been constructed, they are not yet equipped to fulfill the comfort requirements of visitors owing to a lack of required maintenance. Nearby shops sell incomplete items that complement personal-use comforts.

The municipality’s only lodging options for visitors are homestays and mini/micro hotels (Mabuhay Accommodation). It provides all-day lodging, cooking, and laundry services. It is privately operated, with the Department of Tourism providing basic homestay training (DOT). At the moment, the DOT has certified five homestays in the barangays of Capisaan and Poblacion.
