A Glimpse of Barangay Tadji

According to the records, the place was plenty of wild animals like deer, wild pigs, and growing ferns called “appacco”. It was discovered by a BUgkalot hunter name of “Tadi”, who was a loner. For a while, he stayed in the place. Other tribes came in search of food and permanent settlement after “Tadi”, left the place. They slowly cultivated the place until it was developed. The name “Tadji” was then adopted as the name of the place in honor of the BUgkalot hunter. In 1972, the place Tadji became a barangay of the town carrying the name of the founder.
